Shipping, Handling and Peace of Mind

Each piece leaves our studio carefully packaged and thoughtfully prepared. Because our work is made in small editions and crafted by hand, we aim to ship promptly and handle each order with the same care we give our carvings. Below you’ll find details on shipping timelines, policies, and how we handle returns should anything unexpected arise.

We carefully package and ship each piece from our workshop in Hawi, Hawaii.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. If your item requires final finishing or assembly, we’ll notify you with an estimated timeline.

We use insured shipping services with tracking. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves the studio.

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

We currently do not offer international shipping through the website. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact us for a custom quote.

Each piece is crafted with care, and we stand by the quality of our work. Due to the nature of small-batch and edition-based carving, returns are limited.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

We do not offer direct exchanges, but if you’re unhappy with your purchase, reach out — we’ll do our best to help.

Custom pieces, limited editions, and any item marked “final sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
